- A guided walk-around of the car or room, from the live camera. Even at the rental counter with no time to spare.

- Every file fingerprinted and signed on your iPhone the moment you tap Done.
- Server receipt
- The server checks the seal and sends back a receipt, so the time doesn’t rest on your phone alone.
- Checking a record
- Whoever you send a record to opens the verify page in a browser. No app, no account, no charge.

- Comparison
- Before and after lined up, changes flagged and measured in mm and inches, for you to sort.

- A typical local repair range to hold a charge against. An estimate, not a quote.

- A sealed PDF with a QR code anyone can check, ready to send.

Capture and seal are free on every scan, and checking a record someone sends you is always free. A dash means it isn’t part of that plan as planned today. Prices in US dollars, paid through Apple; plans may change before launch.
How buying will work
Where will I pay?
In the app, through Apple. Refunds will go through Apple too, and subscriptions are managed in your App Store settings.
What if I reinstall or get a new phone?
Car pass and Host are App Store subscriptions, so Restore Purchases brings them back on a reinstall or a new phone. One lease and One trip are one-time purchases on the phone you bought them on; accounts that carry them across phones are planned. Your sealed scans’ fingerprints are already on our server; the scan files themselves stay on your phone.
Do my roommates each need to buy a lease?
No. One lease covers the place, and roommates join free by invite.
Does my landlord or the rental company pay to check my record?
No. The QR code on a Condition Record opens a verify page in any browser, with no account and no charge. See what it checks.
Will the prices change?
Possibly. We plan to test a few price points for the lease during testing. Anything you’ve already bought keeps what it unlocked.
Is a student discount planned?
Not decided. The free room or trip is meant to cover a first-time renter’s most important scan.
